Community Housing Partners (CHP) has been creating homeownership opportunities for low to moderate- income customers since 1989.
We provide homebuyers the convenience and ease of "one-stop shopping" by offering a team of homeownership professionals within the same company working together to meet the clients’ needs. From educational and counseling programs, to financial guidance and real estate services, CHP can help ensure a more straightforward, and potentially less expensive, home-buying or home-selling experience.

We also recently launched our real estate department, helping clients find quality homes within their budget. Our counseling, financial,and brokerage services allows first time homebuyers to achieve the dream of homeownership.
