Throughout downtown Lynchburg, Community Housing Partners has preserved and renovated large historic homes into affordable and comfortably sized multi-family rental apartments. At College Hill Apartments, you will find 10 large historic renovated homes which underwent a major rehabilitation, gutting interiors, redesigning the spaces, and dividing the houses into comfortably-sized family units. Each house now contains three to four units, consisting of one, two-, three-, or four-bedroom apartments. We also offer a variety of resident services that focus on financial literacy, workforce development services, employment skills, and parenting classes. Contact us today.
