Located in Charlottesville, Virginia, Ephphatha Village Apartments are rented to very low-income seniors or individuals with disabilities. In 2011, the 14-unit community underwent renovations, including the installation of a new HVAC system and electric heat pumps, fiber-cement siding, all-new kitchen appliances, and additional measures to improve the energy efficiency of the community.
