Rappahannock is located in Tappahannock, Virginia, two miles from the Rappahannock River. There are 10 one-bedroom units and 20 two-bedroom units, rented to those that meet our income guidelines. CHP’s extensive rehabilitation of the community includes new kitchen cabinets and appliances, roofs, energy efficient windows, sliding glass doors, storm doors, and new HVAC.
