Charlie Famuliner joined CHP’s board in January, 2015. He served as the Director of Multifamily Housing for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for twenty-three years, where he supervised underwriting, approval, and servicing of all FHA-insured multifamily property loans for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Charlie retired in 2014. He currently serves on the board’s Housing Services and Real Estate Development committees.
