Jeanetta Gatling, Regional Manager for CHP Property Management, oversees operations and collaborates with various departments to ensure property performance, profitability, and sustainability for 11 properties in CHP Virginia portfolio. She has been in this field for over 24 years. Before joining CHP, Jeanetta was a Property Manager with Great Atlantic Management company for nine years. She also managed large department stores and has experience in customer service. Jeanetta has completed her Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) certification.

Jeanetta is a licensed Evangelist, a wife, mother, and grandmother. She loves what she does and enjoys all the people that she gets to work alongside to create homes and communities that are healthy, sustainable, and affordable.
