Julie Swann, Multifamily Development Associate, is responsible for assisting with the preparation of applications for tax credits and financing, helping the development team in the evaluation of new development opportunities, and other related duties. She joined the Real Estate Development team in 2021. She had previously interned with CHP in 2019. Julie graduated from Virginia Tech in 2020, receiving her bachelor’s degree in urban affairs and planning with a concentration in smart and sustainable cities. After graduating, she worked as a Planner for a local government. Julie is excited to be with CHP and to be working with her team members.
