She joined CHP in 2017 and has over 36 years of experience in residential multifamily property management, including 21 years as a Regional Manager. Her experience includes multi-site management, major property renovations, business and financial management, budgeting, and marketing. Margaret also has experience in VHDA-sponsored programs and tax credit requirements. Her portfolio has fluctuated from 1,812 to 2,316 units over the years. Margaret holds certifications in Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Green Property Management (CGPM), Virginia Fair Housing License, and Registered in Apartment Management (RAM).
