Milo Pfeffer, Multifamily Development Associate, joined the CHP development team as an Intern in January 2015 and returned to the company as an Associate in February of 2019. He is responsible for assisting the development team with the preparation of applications,  project management, coordinating tenant relocations for rehab projects, and other miscellaneous development activities. Milo graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2014. He has also obtained a Housing Quality Standards Certification.
