Nathan Kerr, Vice President and Risk Advisor at Scott Insurance in Roanoke, Virginia, is an advocate and broker specializing in risk management and affordable housing. Nathan is active in his community serving on the boards of the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce, Roanoke Rescue Mission, TAP (Total Action for Progress) and Shenandoah Club. He graduated from the Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University with a focus in analytical finance. Kerr joined CHP’s board in January 2024 and will be serving on the Real Estate Development committee.
