Welcome Home to Checed Warwick Apartments
Built in 2005, Checed Warwick is an affordable rental housing development offering 48 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for low- to-moderate-wealth senior citizens earning 40 to 60% of the area median income. Located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and community facilities, Checed Warwick has a full-range of convenient amenities and services, including a community room with a library, computer center, exercise room, and laundry facilities.
Checed Warwick also provides free residential services programs that promote self-sufficiency, skill-building, and healthy living. Residents have the opportunity to participate in variety of daily social and recreational activities such as holiday parties, bingo games and craft projects.
