This community has undergone extensive rehabilitation to become environmentally friendly. Renovations included installation of new fiber cement siding and trim, no-VOC paint, ENERGY STAR windows and refrigerators, low-flow toilets and fixtures, high-efficiency heat pumps, improved air sealing, and recycled cellulose insulation. New kitchen ranges and central air conditioning were also added. The communities received new native landscaping to beautify the exterior and keep maintenance costs low.
