Originally constructed in 1982, Rutledge Hills Apartments comprise 48 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in Amherst, Virginia, rented to individuals or families earning at or below 50% of the area median income.
Extensive renovations include the use of environmentally-responsible building practices and design features, earning Rutledge Hills an EarthCraft Multifamily Renovation certification.
