Amy: I’ve heard from residents about how spacious the units are. They are really spacious and very nice and some even have garages.
Can you share any success stories or positive feedback from residents?
Samantha: We tend to get most of our compliments about how clean everything stays, parking lot wise and whatnot. And the landscaping – residents love the landscaping.
Can you share a life hack or clever solution you’ve discovered for common resident needs?
Samantha: When residents move in, I try to tell them how to fix little things that would make it easy for them to take care of themselves and maintain their homes. Things like cleaning your drip pans and changing light bulbs.
What is something you like or appreciate about the community?
Amy: I just like the property as a whole, and I feel like we’ve got some really great residents here. It’s a beautiful property and it stands out from some of the surrounding communities. It’s an eye-catcher.
What qualities make this property a great place to call home?
Samantha: I think the layout is great. The way the parking lot and community are set up, kids can play in the cul-de-sac, and they’re able to ride their bikes and be safe because they’re not close to the street.
